I am available for one on one or small group training at Crossfit Portland.  These sessions are tailored towards the client’s needs and goals.  Possible topics include:

  • Planning ones training for an upcoming sport competition.
  • Nutrition, i need to eat healthy, where do i start?
  • Constructing a workout based around equipment you have at home, or putting together a workout while away from the gym.
  • Focused work on a specific aspect of fitness, such as improving your deadlift or squat.
